Italien, Umbrien, Trasimeno-see, LandgutDas Landgut hat eine Größe von 40 ha, wovon die Hälfte bewaldet ist, und liegt an der Grenze Toskana-Umbrien in einer sanften, hügeligen Landschaft, umgeben von Feldern, Weinbergen und Olivenhainen, ca.8 km westlich des Trasimeno-Sees und unweit des Dorfes Pozzuolo. Es ist ein idealer Ort für Familien und Leute, die Natur und Ruhe genießen möchten und Urlaub auf dem Lande lieben. Für die Gäste des Guts stehen zur Verfügung: ein Schwimmbad 8x20 m, ein Tennisplatz, eine Tischtennisplatte, eine Bocciabahn. Im Herbst werden Pilzsammler vom Besitzer beim Pilze-Sammeln begleitet. Frau Elsa, die Besitzerin, betreibt auf dem Landgut ein kleines Restaurant ausschließlich für die Gäste des Guts. Die Küche basiert fast nur auf eigenen Produkten.Die Erfahrung hat gezeigt, dass sich die Gäste gern von Frau Elsa verwöhnen lassen. Ein mehrgängiges Abendessen kostet Euro 15,- pro Person inkl. Getränke (Wein, Wasser, Expresso, Grappa). Das Landgut besteht aus 7 Häusern: Die ersten 4 Häuser liegen auf dem Gut selbst, zusammen mit Restaurant, Tennisplatz und Schwimmbad. Casa Bianca, Casa Luigi und Le Cannucce liegen ca. 2 - 3 km vom Gut entfernt und werden separat beschrieben und aufgeführt. Einige Ausflugsmöglichkeiten zu den nahegelegenen Kulturzentren: Assisi, Gubbio, Castiglion del Lago, Panicale, Cortona. Arezzo, Chiusi, Perugia, Città del Pieve, Montepulciano, Pienza, Montalcino, Siena, Florenz, Rom.

The name of the service flats In Urbe identifies, in the Latin language, what it’s to the inside of walls that encircle the city; and is here that, in a medieval complex completely restructured, it has been gained seven lovely apartments, constructed and furnished in the respect of the ancient Umbrian traditions.
Located to flank of the main one Via Giulia, they have the outside constructed with the rose stone of the Subasio,
the floors are rustic and the furnitures made wood. Artistic prints of famous authors decorate the white walls,
that are enliven by sight stone and by arches or niches, testimony of ancient dwelling necessities. The windows, according to the position, offer a beautiful view who spaces from the Subasio mount to the hills of Spoleto and Montefalco. The bathrooms are decorate with Deruta’s ceramics and well-finished in marble. A little kitchen with all the accessories completes the apartment.
All the apartments are equipped of independent heating, colour television with two channels in foreign language, telephone with direct outgoing line.

From living and kitche is reachable the amazing terrace where to have memorables dinners with friends. The Villa is all surrounded by a park and near the park there is a big pool (20x10m) with a cute pool house with summer kitchenette.Not far from the pool there is the lovely guest house.Villa Fiore can accommodate 14 people up to 22 with the guest house. Ideal for family reunion,small wedding,and memorable birthday party and silver wedding.

Italy - umbria - TodiVilla Rocce is an enchanting traditional stone house in a beautiful tophill just in front of the medieval town of Todi.It has 4 spacious bedrooms all with ensuite bathroom, an amazing large salon,and a big full equipped kitchen with huge openfire. Is realy a fantastic place with marvellous view.
