KeniaKenia: Direkt an einem Meeresarm und mit eigenem Privatstrand, auf einem 6000 qm großem Grundstück mit gepflegtem Rasen, zahlreichen Palmen, einem alten Mangobaum und spektakulärem Blick auf den tropisch, paradiesischen Mtwapa Creek bei Mombasa in Kenia, liegt die Villa Annchen. Für unsere Gäste stehen 3, ca. 35 qm große und mit exklusivem Mobiliar eingerichtete Zimmer zur Verfügung, welche alle einen direkten Blick auf den Creek und den riesigen Natursteinpool (mit Poolbar und Massagestrahler) haben. Alle Badezimmer sind zweckmäßig mit Bad, WC und Designer Armaturen im viktorianischen Stil ausgestattet. Zimmer verfügen wegen hoher Decke und großer Fenster über guten Klimaausgleich. Deckenventilator, Maßgefertigte Moskitonetze und bewegliche Fliegengitter in allen Zimmern - tägliche Reinigung, hochwertige Bettwäsche und Handtücher - . Inklusivleistungen sind u.a. Vollpension mit reichhaltigem Frühstück, Snack am Mittag, Teatime, und mehrgängigem Menu am Abend. Alle Softdrinks, Säfte und Mineralwasser ganztägig, und eine sich nach dem Wunsch des Gastes orientierende Auswahl hochwertiger und teilweise importierter alkoholischer Getränke am Abend. Inklusive ist auch ein Leihwagen pro Zimmer, auf Wunsch mit Fahrer. Sonnenliegen mit Auflagen inkl.. Direkter Zugang zum eigenen Mangrovenstrand. Villa Annchen liegt in ruhiger und romanischer Lage, aber nahe bei Mombasa (20min), Flughafen (25-30min) und Nyali Golfplatz (15min). Der Mtwapa Creek ist eines der Zentren für Hochseeangeln in Kenia und für Mountainbiker gibt es gute Trails in der Umgebung. Zur nächsten Location für Windsurfer oder Kite ca. 10 min. bis zum Kitehotspot ca. 15 min Fahrt. Tauchanfänger können den ersten Teil des PADI Open Water im dafür bestens geeigneten Villa Pool abhalten, in Absprache mit der ca. 10 min entfernten Tauchschule.

We work very closely with the local Swahili people taking into account their culture and only using local methods and materials to create a refreshing, eco-friendly, alternative style holiday.

We have all the big five on the Ranch although rhino are hard to see as they live in very dense cover. Elephants are only resident during the rains. Other wildlife includes ostrich, oryx, eland, gerenuk, giraffe, zebra, wildebeest, Thompson's and Grant's gazelle, Reed buck, cheetah, lion, leopard, hyena, jackal and Bat-eared fox. Exclusive use of over 300,000 acres of wilderness - 21,000 acres per guest. Kenya is renowned for its beautiful landscapes - Ol Donyo Wuas and the Chyulu Hills are considered to be some of the most dramatic. Ol Donyo Wuas is situated on private Maasai owned land. There are 7 individual cottages built with local materials with spectacular views of Kilomanjaro. Each cottage has an en-suite bathroom, the electicity and hot water is generated by a solar system. Two of the cottages have an additional bedroom for guests with young children.
